Recipe of the Month: Spanish Cornbread

From the desk of Lottie Garner....
(My Grandmother)

1/4 Cup Wesson Oil (1) Egg
1/2 Cup Buttermilk (1) Cup Cream Style Corn
(2) T. Sugar 1/2 Cup grated cheddar cheese
(1) T. Chopped onion (1) T. Chopped Jalepeno
(1) Cup Self Rising Cornmeal

Mix ingredients together and pour into 8x12 pan (or one of these cool iron fish skillets!)
Bake 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Butter and eat!
