Advertising on Blog

 I noticed that this blog Amelia Island Fishing Report had 25,282 visitors during the month of November 2024 and as of this writing it's had over 1.9 million visitors to date!

I think it's a great medium for anyone who wants to advertise a product or service - especially if you offer something that may be wanted by folks who like the outdoors, like to fish, are family oriented, typically married, and mostly have kids and are successful in their careers. 

In addition to adding a 270x200 advertisement that links to a "page" in the blog, I can direct more traffic to your advertisement and page via my monthly newsletter that goes out to over 1600 people. The "open" rate has remained steady at over 50% - typically over 900 people open that newsletter each month. 

Here are the rates:

Pay one Annual payment:             $420                                   

Pay two Bi-Annual payments:      $270 x 2    ($540/year)    

Pay four Quarterly payments:       $165 x 4    ($660/year)   

Pay twelve Monthly payments:     $65/mo      ($780/year)

What would be required of you?

 

To begin with, I'd need a JPEG image 270x200 in size. I'll place that on the Blog then "link" it to a Page I build with your information. 

The Page can remain the same or you can customize it each month, IE:  Truck of the month, Boat of the Month, Special Cottage for Rent. I would need to have that information (1-3 JPEG images, a "write up" describing the item, and final "link" info (your website, Facebook page, etc). My newsletter goes out the first Tuesday of the month, so I need your info no later than the last Friday of the month! Click Here to see one advertiser's Page.
